One-Timer Disposable Cylinders |
We realize there are situations
where a refillable cylinder may not be feasible, therefore we
provide a line of disposable calibration type cylinders called
One-Timers.
One-Timers are available in various sizes. We offer a 17 liter
and 29 liter CGA-600 steel cylinder along with a 105 liter C-10
version. The aluminum 29 liter and 58 liter cylinders are
offered for reactive blends with a C-10 valve connection.
One-Timers are perfect for all your calibration applications.
These designs cover a broad range of applications from
industrial hygiene to petrol chemical. One-Timers provide
outstanding quality, performance and value. One-Timers eliminate
cylinder rental and demurrage charges, plus the added
portability of these cylinders makes them perfect for specific
small jobs. With the proven stability of our products, improper
positive monitor readings are eliminated. Accuracy and

CGA 600 Calibration Gas Regulator
Calibration gas
regulators are for use with disposable cylinders. These
regulators are designed for non-corrosive gas service and are
single state, piston style regulators. The control valve permits
constant gas flow and easy on/off.
Each regulator comes
with a cylinder pressure gauge and is available in four preset
flow models. This series of regulators is recommended for use
with disposable cylinders of non-corrosive gas using a CGA 600
valve.

These aluminum single
stage piston type regulators are recommended for High Purity,
non-corrosive application where slight variance in delivery
pressure is acceptable as inlet pressure decreases.
This regulator has
eight flow settings ranging from 0.2 to 6.0 liters per minute.
The increments are listed below.
Ideal applications include pure gases
and low level corrosive mixtures such as nitric oxide, sulfur
dioxide in nitrogen and other emission mixtures.
